PDI is always on the lookout for new qualified staff! Our DSW's enjoy great administrative staff who care about them and strive to keep them satisfied with their placements.
All persons interested in becoming a Direct Service Worker for PDI of the South must meet the following criteria:

Be at least 18 years of age

Have completed a Certified Nursing Assistant or similiar course*

Have at least two years work experience with the target population*

Be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen
-
Have a clean criminal record
*In some cases, experience may be used in lieu of formal training.
